Dialog is live and talking to your customers. Here’s how to measure its impact.
1. Conversion and add-to-cart rates
Section titled “1. Conversion and add-to-cart rates”You’ll see two rates side by side:
- Your rate — overall conversion and add-to-cart performance across your entire site.
- Dialog rate — conversion and add-to-cart rates specifically after a customer interacted with Dialog (within 24 hours).
Compare the two. Dialog rate higher than your baseline = Dialog is creating value for those visitors.
2. Engagement rate
Section titled “2. Engagement rate”How many visitors actually start a conversation with Dialog. Essentially adoption — are people using the product?
3. Conversations & trending topics
Section titled “3. Conversations & trending topics”Beyond numbers, Dialog gives you qualitative insight. Check the trending topics section — it shows what customers ask about most.
That data inspires:
- New product ideas — what are customers looking for that you don’t stock?
- Product improvements — which existing products have recurring questions?
- Marketing angles — which features or benefits matter most to your audience?
Your weekly routine
Section titled “Your weekly routine”Once a week, spend 10 minutes:
- Check the engagement rate. Trending up?
- Compare your rate vs Dialog rate. Is the gap widening?
- Scan trending topics. One new signal? Act on it.
The point isn’t to stare at the dashboard. It’s to close the loop between what customers ask and what you ship.
