Trending topics not available

If the Trending topics section in your Dialog dashboard is empty, there are two common reasons.

Trending topics activate automatically once Dialog has processed ~200 conversations on your store. Until then, the section stays empty.

Check your conversation count in the dashboard. If you’re well below 200, just wait and keep driving traffic to Dialog.

For some account types, trending topics need to be turned on manually by the Dialog team.
