Verify your install
Once Dialog is installed, run through this checklist to confirm everything is wired up before you start using it fully.
What to verify
Section titled “What to verify”- Add-to-cart is functional. Open a conversation with Dialog, click the Add to Cart button in the drawer. If the cart doesn’t update, see Add to cart issues.
- Dialog toggle is activated in the Shopify theme customizer (Embed apps section).
- Suggested questions are relevant. Go to app.askdialog.com → Product Questions and review them. Regenerate or edit if they feel off.
- Dialog bubble appears on your product page. Open a product page and look for the widget.
Once all items are checked, Dialog is ready to work for you.
